Londonbyclick.com uses a standard hierarchical structure. The
main categories are accessible from the top bar with one click to
their main pages.
Within the main page of a certain category you may
find deeper links into more specific content of that subject. From
anywhere in the site to get back to the main page, click on the
top logo of the site, or on the textual link at the bottom of the
page.
Reservations
Londonbyclick.com provides hotel room reservations for selected
hotels in London, rental cars and packages. All travel services
and reservations are provided by INTEROPA HOLIDAYS, one of the biggest
tour operators in London, who negotiates best hotel deals locally
and who knows London best because they live there!

Londonbyclick.com offers two ways of booking: some hotels offer
ONLINE bookings, for which you get
online confirmations, while for other hotels you can send a REQUEST
and get a confirmation within 24 hours (or 48 hours on weekends
and holidays).
1. How to Search for an
Accommodation
Search can be made according to 3 parameters:
Location
Price
Range (in GBP)
Hotel
Class
Quick Search:
Select your desired location, price range and property category.
Click 'Search'.
Search by Location / or by Price Range
/ or by Hotel Class:
Select your destination, or your preferred price range (in GBP)
or a desired hotel class. You will then be given your "Search
Results" - a list of hotels matching your search criteria.

Select one of the two buttons next to each hotel name:
"More
Details" - to view a detailed description of the
hotel, including photos.
"Online
Booking" or "Request"
- to check hotel rates and send a request or a reservation.
Hotels with "Online Booking"
button are those with the online reservation service, offering availability
and real-time confirmation. This enables you to immediately check
availability and prices and then send a reservation request.
Hotels with "Request" button
are those upon request only, offering availability and confirmation
within 24 hours (or 48 hours on weekends and holidays).
Choose a hotel you wish to view.
2. How To Make a Reservation
Once you have opened the information pages for the property desired
after clicking "More Details", click onto "Book Now".
This page is the same page you get to once you click onto "Online
Booking" or "Request" in the hotels listing.
Before you make a reservation, read our "Terms
& Condition" (link at the top of each page in the site).
A Simple 3-Steps Form
Select travel dates, room type, number of persons and meal-plan,
and click onto "Check Rates".
If this is an Online Booking the system will supply you with an
immediate response, giving availability and price. If this is a
Request the system will provide the price only, while availability
is upon request.
Proceeding with the Reservation
If you wish to proceed with the reservation request, please choose
one of the two options of registration:
If
you are a New User (your first time to the site) click
onto "Register" in the green box, and follow the instructions
to register yourself as a user.
If
you are a Registered User, simply enter your user name
and password and sign in by clicking onto "Continue Reservation".
If you cannot remember your user name or your password, click
onto 'Forgot Your Password?' at the bottom of the page and the
system will send your registration details immediately to your
email address.
Completing the Reservation Request
If
this is an Online Booking, once a
response of availability has been given and you have entered your
user name and password, you can complete the reservation by supplying
credit card details and clicking onto "Book My Reservation".
Information is sent via Secure Server, ensuring that your personal
details can only be viewed by yourself and the recipient (i.e.
the service provider). This will arrive at the service provider,
who will send a confirmation message with a booking number to
your Personal Folder. A notification of this message will be sent
directly to your email address.
If
this is a Request, once you have
entered your user name and password, you can complete the reservation
request by clicking onto "Send My Request". Supplying
credit card details is optional, yet will guarantee your reservation
if hotel is available. You can also send a free-text question.
This will arrive at the service provider, who will send a response
regarding availability and a request number to your Personal Folder
within 24 hours (or 48 hours on weekends and holidays). A notification
of a new message will be sent directly to your email address.
Once a response of availability has been received in your Personal
Folder, you can complete your reservation by supplying credit
card details.

3. How to View, Confirm
or Cancel your Reservation
Your Personal
Folder
Creating your Personal Folder in Londonbyclick.com is free, fast
and easy. This is where we'll store a list of your itineraries,
and where you'll have access to all your personal information. Here
you'll receive responses from the service provider regarding your
requests. Once you register, you can enter your Personal Folder
at any time and view the status of your travel itineraries, confirm
an available request or cancel a confirmed reservation. Simply click
onto "Personal Folder" at the top of any page in the site,
enter your user name and password and sign in!
Any correspondence you'll have with us will be through your Personal
Folder.
The Personal Folder shows the dates, hotel name, rates, status
and reservation number. Click on the booking number or on the status
line to view the details of a reservation or a request, check the
service provider's reply and follow the instructions as required.
Confirmation Printout
You can print a copy of your reservation confirmation and bring
it with you upon your arrival at the hotel. This option will only
be found in a confirmed reservation, whose status says "O.K.
(you have a confirmation)". Enter this reservation and click
"Print" at the bottom of the page, then view the details
of the print version and click onto "Print".

The Credit Card is charged immediately
in order for us to guarantee the booking.
Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hrs prior
to arrival date.
On Public holidays, Saturday and Sundays, cancellations
must be received no later than 12:00 hrs (local time), 48
working hrs prior to arrival date.
All cancellations will be subject to a £
15.00 administration charge.
Cancellations received after 48:00 hrs on the day prior
to the arrival date, will be subject to the 1st night cancellation
charge plus £ 15.00 administration
charge.
