The Credit Card is charged immediately in order for us to guarantee the booking.
Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hrs prior to arrival date.
On Public holidays, Saturday and Sundays, cancellations must be received no later than 12:00 hrs (local time), 48 working hrs prior to arrival date.
All cancellations will be subject to a £ 15.00 administration charge.
Cancellations received after 48:00 hrs on the day prior to the arrival date, will be subject to the 1st night cancellation charge plus £ 15.00 administration charge.

Non Arrival without cancellation will be subject to the 1st night cancellation charge plus £ 15.00 administration charge.
